Dementia Hospice Care

Precious moments

We care for people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, at any stage of life. For those needing hospice, we provide a specialized team for patient and caregivers. When additional support is needed, short-term around the clock care is available at our campus inpatient hospice home designed exclusively for dementia patients.

Hospice care is covered by Medicare and most insurance companies. If it’s too soon for hospice, our Supportive Care for Dementia program may provide you with the support you need.

Need to talk to us right now? We answer the phone 24/7. Call (602) 767-8300.

Helping Kathy Understand Her Mom’s Dementia

Follow a mother and daughter’s dementia care journey as Kathy seeks answers to her mom’s challenging behaviors. With support, Kathy gained understanding and peace of mind. Hospice is about more than end-of-life care—it’s about providing love, compassion and unwavering support for both patients and their families.

All types of dementia affect the way the brain works, causing memory and behavior changes in our loved ones. Visit our Dementia Resources Page for valuable information on  the stages of dementia, communication strategies, caregiver support, and commonly asked questions about dementia.
