Take a tour of the campus

The Dementia Care and Education Campus helps people living with all types and all stages of dementia, providing support from the time of diagnosis through the hospice journey. Nestled in the heart of central Phoenix at 44th Street and east Indianola Avenue, this innovative campus provides a full spectrum of services and surrounds family members with compassionate support.

Everyone in the community is welcome to utilize the Education Center, which hosts a variety of support groups, music and fitness activities offered at no charge.

For short-term acute needs, patients may stay at the Levine Home Inpatient Care Unit for exceptional round-the-clock care. The Campus also features a small Assisted Living Center for those living with dementia, plus an Adult Day Club to provide socialization and give caregivers a break.

An adjacent Child Center operated by the YMCA’s Y-Academy @ Arcadia provides intergenerational enrichment and stimulating activities for preschoolers.

Living Well with Dementia

"I feel alive. When I found this place, I knew it was home. They're wonderful to everybody. I absolutely love it." –Judy W.

Intergenerational Enrichment

Just to hear kids play is healing in nature. In this shared space, we are encouraging connections between preschoolers and people living with dementia. We call each other neighbors, and just as neighbors do, we create friendships.
